Obituary for Ted Elizabeth Cassity

Ted Elizabeth Cassity age 79 a retired beautician of Gallion, AL., died August 21, 2015 at Marengo Nursing Home. She was born January 19,1936 in Demopolis, AL. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church, where she served as WMU Director, a member of the choir and on various church committees.

She is survived by her son, Danny Cassity of Ft. Walton, FL; three daughters, Jackie Davis of Gallion, AL; Cindy Malone of Demopolis, AL; and Pam Gibbs of Linden, AL; sister, Ada Honeycutt of Prattville, AL; 9 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Cassity, son, Andy Cassity, brother, Johnny Preston Honeycutt, and her grandson Jeremy Johnson.

Visitation will be held at Providence Baptist Church on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 1:30 pm until the 3:00 pm service time. Burial will be in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
