William (Bill) Larry Ingram age 64, of Thomasville, AL, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL. He was born August 12, 1947 in Butler, AL. He was a retired maintenance supervisor at Thomasville Mental Health and Rehabilitation Center. "Chief" as he was affectionately known was a an avid baseball fan. He assisted in coaching the Thomasville High School Tiger Baseball and the Thomasville Travelers. He was a member of the Thomasville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel B. Ingram of Thomasville, AL; daughter, Tara (Greg) Hulsey of Vestavia, AL; son, Lance (Cherish) Ingram of Thomasville, AL; sister, Patsy Dixon of Thomasville, AL; 4 grandchildren, Ainsley and Haley Hulsey of Vestavia, AL; Landen and Brayden Ingram of Thomasville, AL.
Visitation will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.. Funeral services will be held at Thomasville Baptist Church on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10:00 am with Rev. Ty Parten and Dr. Gary A. Enfinger officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Thomasville, AL.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Thomasville Baptist Church Hand N Hand Building Fund, Thomasville Baptist Church Children's Ministry, or The Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
