Obituary for W. C. "Bill" Gibson
William Charlie Gibson age 90 of Dickinson, AL died March 8, 2023 at his home. He was born January 19, 1933 in Choctaw City, AL to Charlie and Ada Grey Gibson. He was a retired insurance manager and a member of Amity Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Gibson; three sons, John R. Thompson, James Hayward Gibson, and William Charlie Gibson, Jr.; daughter, Darlene Dickey; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Leon Parnell officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
