Obituary for Benard McClure
Benard McClure age 81 a retired paper mill worker of Linden, AL died February 5, 2023 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. He was born September 9, 1941 in Miller, AL to Pillie and Zeola McClure.
He is survived by his daughter, Marsha McClure Atkins (Pat); son-in-law, Jeff Hyde; five brothers, Clifford McClure (Shirley), George McClure, Harry McClure, Kenneth McClure, and Doug McClure (Brenda); four grandchildren, Jessica Rice (Chris), Randall Sanders (Lauren), Jacob Hyde, and Jordan Hyde; and two great grandchildren, Mason Rice and Hadleigh Rice.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pillie and Zeola McClure; and his daughter, Gail McClure Hyde.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Troy McPherson officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
