Obituary for William Jesse Cole
William Jesse Cole age 91 of Demopolis, AL died August 8, 2022 at Marengo Nursing Home. He was born March 15, 1931 in Jefferson, AL to Frank Clifford and Ona Cole. He was retired from Gulf States Paper Corporation and a member of Linden Baptist Church. He also enjoyed farming and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cole; son, William Jesse “Jay” Cole (Chasity); daughter, Onalyn Cole Robertson (Mike); two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Clifford and Ona Cole; and brother, Frank Clifford Cole, Jr.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Jefferson Cemetery on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 10:00 am with Rev. Patricia V. Grindle officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Jefferson Cemetery, c/o George Norris, 25730 Alabama Highway 28, Demopolis, AL 36732.
