Obituary for Ralph Wendell Cowan
Ralph Wendell Cowan age 68 of Campbell, AL died July 11, 2022 at Jackson Medical Center. He was born May 25, 1954 in Grove Hill, AL to Clarence Raybon and Mary Cowan. He was a heavy duty mechanic with the Alabama Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Lee Cowan; daughter, Heather Cowan-Damron (Stoney); sister, Jo Ann Baggett; two brothers, John Cowan and Tony Cowan; sister, Evelyn Faile; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jacob Chappelle, parents, Clarence Raybon Cowan and Mary Cowan and brother, Henry Cowan.
Visitation will be held at Witch Creek Baptist Church at 4:30 pm on Friday, July 15, 2022. Funeral services will be held at Witch Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 am with Rev. Phillip Godwin officiating. Burial will follow at Witch Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
