Obituary for Mary Elizabeth McLean
Mary Elizabeth McLean age 65 of Grove Hill, AL died May 23, 2022 at USA Medical Center. She was born June 28, 1956 in Jackson, AL to James Wilbur and Mary Louise McLean. She was the typesetter for The Clarke County Democrat for forty years and a member of Hebron United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Louise Pugh McLean; brother, James W. McLean, Jr.; sister, Rebecca McLean Moore; three nephews, Troy Lee Moore, III, James Wilbur McLean, III, and Jay Boswell McLean; two great nephews and two great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur McLean.
Visitation will be held at Hebron United Methodist Church on Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Ralph Wooten and Rev. Tommy Gilliard officiating. Burial will follow at W.A. Smith Cemetery.
