Mattie Lee Phillips Pugh age 95 a homemaker of Thomasville, AL died July 13, 2021 at Thomasville Regional Medical Center. She was born July 13, 1926 in Tallahatta Springs, AL to Grover and Effie Mae Phillips. She was a member of Bashi United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her eight children, David Pugh (Elaine) of Cordele, GA; Margaret Walker (Jackie) of Bashi, AL; Joseph Pugh (Cynthia) of Bashi, AL; Daniel Pugh (Glenda) of Sweet Water, AL; Daisy Wilkinson of Linden, AL; Dorothy Newton (Matthew) of Mt. Vernon, AL; Paul Pugh (Dorece) of Bashi, AL; and Thomas Pugh of Bashi, AL; 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Warren Huggins officiating. Burial will follow at Bashi United Methodist Church Cemetery.
