Obituary for John Allison Reaves
John Allison Reaves age 74 of Thomasville, AL died May 20, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary. He was born October 22, 1946 in Camden, AL to Jesse and Edna Reaves. He retired after working 25 years with MacMillan Bloedel Inc. John loved watching his grandchildren play sports and was a huge University of Alabama fan. He loved the Lord and was a member of Pineview Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, James M. Reaves (Mary); and two daughters, Ann Ott (Ryan) and Lisa Nordan (Donald Jr.); seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ann Reaves.
Visitation will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday May 28, 2021 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Reaves Chapel Cemetery.
