Callie Downing Sheehan age 94 a longtime resident of Thomasville, AL went to be with her Lord May 4, 2021 at Crowne Health Care of Thomasville, AL. She was born January 12, 1927 in Pike County, AL. She was a retired cafeteria worker with Thomasville School System and a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Bob Sheehan (Kim) of Tuscaloosa, AL; daughter, Pat Rivers (Rick) of Grand Bay, AL; daughter-in-law, Pam Sheehan of Sweet Water, AL; four grandchildren, Robert B. Sheehan of Austin, TX; Heidi Butler (Rhett) of Grand Bay, AL; Chip Rivers of Grand Bay, AL; and Jonathan Sheehan of Sweet Water, AL; two great grandchildren, Lauran Butler of Grand Bay, AL; and Matthew Butler of Grand Bay, AL; niece, Vivian Loegering (David) of Thomasville, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James N. Sheehan and son, Mike Sheehan.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Choctaw Corner Cemetery on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
