Peggy Knight Amos age 79 of Thomasville, AL died April 22, 2021 at Thomasville Regional Hospital. She was born December 30, 1941 in Thomasville, AL to J.C. and Einnan Knight. Peggy worked in the retail business for many years. She worked at Bedsole's department store and at Walmart for 20 years in customer service. She was a member of Thomasville Church of God. One of Peggy's passions was playing the piano and singing in the church choir. She also went every week to the nursing home and shared her talent with the residents in hopes of brightening their day.

She is survived by two sons, Cliff Amos (Tracy) and David Amos (Michelle); sister, Gale Kelley (Norman); two grandchildren, Haley Amos and Brody Amos.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Amos, and her parents, J.C. and Einnan Knight.

Visitation will be held at Thomasville Church of God on Monday, April 26, 2021 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev. Josh Gill officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
