Obituary for Betty Jo McIntyre
Betty Jo McIntyre age 90 of Jackson, AL died April 13, 2021 at Monroe Manor Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in Clarke County, AL to Gordon and Hattie Pet Faile. She was a former seamstress with Vanity Fair and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, John Alvin McIntyre, Jr.; daughter, Marsha Fendley; two brothers, Garth Faile (Erin) and Gwyn Faile (Shirley); four grandchildren, James Fendley (Keslie), Sean Fendley, Brandy McIntyre, and Amanda Murray (Joe); three great grandchildren, John Wimberly, Logan Murray, and Hannah Murray.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Alvin McIntyre.
Visitation will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church on Monday, April 19, 2021 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
