Obituary for Dennis Edward Barkley
Dennis Edward Barkley age 62 of Linden, AL died March 3, 2021 at Whitfield Regional Hospital. He was born November 13, 1958 in Demopolis, AL to Donald Irvin and Nell Barkley. He was an electrician with Georgia Pacific Corporation and a cattleman. He attended Geneva Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his son, Will Barkley (Susanna) of Linden, AL; daughter, Emily Kate Brame of Demopolis, AL; his mother, Nell Tucker Barkley of Linden, AL; two brothers, Jack Barkley of Linden, AL; and Mitch Barkley of Linden, AL; and sister, Ruby Nell Barkley Coleman of Montgomery, AL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Irvin Barkley.
Memorial services will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Scott Armstrong officiating.
