Obituary for Wayne Sheffield
Grady Wayne Sheffield age 71 of Thomaston, AL died January 14, 2021 at his home. He was born November 26, 1949 in Selma, AL to John Cedric and Helen Godwin Sheffield. He was a longtime logging foreman and was a member of Thomaston Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Bridget Griffith Sheffield; son, Walter F. Vick, Jr. (Misty); daughter, Kelly M. Cannon (Brian); two brothers, Marvin Rex Sheffield and Gavin Lane Sheffield; five grandchildren, Braeden Lee Vick, Natalie Vick, McKinley Cannon, Kenneth B. Cannon, Jr., and Madison Cannon.
Graveside memorial services will be held at Thomaston Cemetery on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 11:00 am with Rev. Mike Snow officiating.
