Rodger N. Parnell age 54 of Dixons Mills, AL died October 1, 2020 at UAB Hospital. He was born February 7, 1966 in Grove Hill, AL to Chester Guy Parnell and Betty Faye Parnell. He was employed with the Alabama Department of Transportation.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Green Parnell; two daughters, Faythe Parnell and Brandi Parnell; son, J.B. Parnell; brother Robert Guy Parnell.
