William Dokes Sparks age 98 resident of Demopolis, AL died August 25, 2020 at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home. He was born June 16, 1922 in Myrtlewood, AL to Walter Sam and Willie Beverly Sparks. He was a former maintenance worker for the City of Demopolis. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by a niece, Frances Sparks Garrison; and four nephews, Bobby Gene Hill, Troy Dexter Hill, James Sparks, and Walter Sparks.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Shiloh Cemetery on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
