Mr. Billy was a dear friend, I bought more poles from him than I care to remember. He was knowledgable and always eager to help a young guy getting started. He will be missed by the pole industry, and definitely by me.

God Bless, Randy Deweese

I had privilege of working with Billy for 30 plus years in the pole business. Billy was knowledgeable and always eager to help. I considered Billy a very dear friend and will greatly miss him. I have so many fond memories and conversations I recall with Billy. The Pole Industry will miss Billy Phillips as will I. I Pray that God Gives His Family Peace. Joe Hartfield
