Obituary for Georgia Louise Dukes
Georgia Louise Dukes age 92 of Linden, AL died April 17, 2020 at UAB Hospital. She was born August 9, 1927 in Gilbertown, AL to Ulin and Effie Nordan. She was a retired sewing instructor and was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Bunny Duke, Sandra Ballenger, and Pam Farmer; 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Dukes; daughter, Sherry Yarbrough; and son, Billy Dukes.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic private services are arranged by O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Forest Hill Baptist Church or to the donors favorite charity.
