Obituary for Winnie Overstreet
Winnie Overstreet age 99 a homemaker of Thomasville, AL died March 20, 2020 at her home. She was born June 26, 1920 in Sunny South, AL to Evie Thomas and Linnie Megginson. She lived in Thomasville for 80 years and was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her two daughters, Ann Sheffield (Ralph) and Mary Jean Lolley (Joe); six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Floyd Overstreet; and son, Johnny Overstreet.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Choctaw Corner Cemetery on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ty Parten and Rev. Heath Moon officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Thomasville Baptist Church or Pine Hill Chapel of the Apostolic Faith.
