Obituary for Elizabeth Forehand
Ruby Elizabeth Forehand age 105 a homemaker of Thomasville, AL died January 17, 2020 at Thomasville Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 27, 1914 in Montgomery, AL to Lucian Perry and Ruby Alma Payne. She was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith Allen Forehand (Charles) Hamilton; four grandchildren, Ken (Ellen) Hamilton, Allen Hamilton, Jimbo (Debbie) Lawrence, and Wes (Lisa) Lawrence; son-in-law, Jimmie Lawrence. eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Audley Forehand, daughter, Marcia Elizabeth Forehand Lawrence, and grandson, James Keith Hamilton.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Monday, January 20, 2020 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Ty Parten officiating. Burial will follow at Choctaw Corner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Thomasville Baptist Church Transportation Fund or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
