Evadine Fithian Etheredge of Surginer, AL was called home October 25, 2019.
She was born May 7, 1923 near Princeton, IN, one of 8 children to William and Clara Fithian. In 1940, she married W. E. “Sonaboy” Etheredge. She worked as a seamstress for Vanity Fair Corportation until her retirement. She a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church for 78 years.
Known affectionately to all as MeMaw, she is survived by her daughters, Pat Davis and Sharon Harrison (Bob) of Surginer, AL; daughter-in-law, Dean Etheredge of Surginer, AL; seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. E. “Sonaboy” Etheredge and son, Gene Etheredge.
Visitation will be held at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church on Tuesday, October 28, 2019 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Glenn Akridge and Rev. Les Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
