Obituary for Annette Parden

Helen Annette Rivers Parden age 85 a homemaker of Coffeeville, AL died October 1, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary. Annette was born August 14, 1934 in Bashi, AL to Monroe Benton and Bertha Walker Rivers. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by five children, Rex Parden (Sheena Free), Deborah Knowlton (Lyman Knowlton), Randy Parden (Sandi Verkouille), Denean Huggins (David Huggins), and Ryan Parden (Karen Gonzales); sixteen grandchildren, Ric Jordan, Hamilton Jordan, Graham Jordan, Hudson Jordan, Addie Jordan, Hunter Parden, Lyndsey Parden, Kelsey Parden, David Michael Huggins Jr., Andrew Huggins, Kelly Huggins, Taylor Parden, Will Parden, Austin Parden, Anna Parden, and Emily Parden; five great grandchildren, Lily Sagaser, Liam Jordan, Lydia Kate Jordan, Hobbs Jordan, and Jack Jordan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Elvin Parden, granddaughter, Jessica Jordan, parents, Monroe Benton Rivers and Bertha Walker Rivers Hearn, five siblings, Lucille Pope, Magdalene Pierce, Modine Jackson, Peggy Rotch, and an infant brother.

Visitation will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev. Warren Shewmake, Rev. Wilton Bennett, Dr. Paul McLendon, and Rev. Cliff Waddell officiating. Burial will follow at Webb-Bethel Cemetery in Coffeeville, AL.
