Obituary for Betty Jean Traylor
Betty Jean Traylor age 83 a retired nurse’s aide of Sweet Water, AL died July 16, 2019 at her daughter’s home in Forkland, AL. She was born October 14, 1935 in Bashi, AL to Algie Lewis and Cecil Myrtle Jordan. She was a member of Hoboken Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Cecil Allen Traylor; two daughters, Penny Williams and Mary Ann Vick; two brothers, Ernest Jordan and Morris Jordan; sister, Madoline Thurn; two half sisters, Marie Posey and Sue Martin; nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Hoboken Baptist Church on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 2:00 pm until the 3:00 pm service time with Rev. Larry Cox and Rev. Buddy Boy Deason officiating. Burial will follow at Hoboken Baptist Church Cemetery.
