Obituary for Pete Bedsole
Kennieth “Pete” Bedsole age 80 of Sweet Water, AL died July 16, 2019 at his home. He was born September 19, 1938 in Marengo County, AL to E. B. and Annie Frank Bedsole. He was a retired millwright of 42 years at Georgia Pacific Corporation. He was a member of Beaver Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Cecile Bedsole; son, Keith Bedsole (Christy); grandson, Wade Bedsole; and Wade’s mother, Vickie B. Stephens; brother, Glenn Bedsole; two sisters, Mary Boozer and Voncile Nichols.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenny Bedsole; his parents, E. B. and Annie Frank Bedsole, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Beaver Creek Baptist Church on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Sidney B. Hill and Rev. Lister Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Beaver Creek Cemetery.
