Elizabeth Betty Council age78 a homemaker of Fulton, AL died January 31, 2019 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born March 27, 1940 in Gainestown, AL to Jesse Clyde and Myra Eva Hart. She was a former security guard for Scotch Lumber Company and former council member for the Town of Fulton.
She is survived by: her three daughters, Cynthia Parden (Garry), Deborah Williams (Mike), and Betty Jean Luker (Randy); son, Royce Council, Jr.; brother, James Burton Hart (Kathy); and sister, Theresa Ann Newburn; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce B. Council, Sr.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9:00 am until the 10:00 am service time. Burial will follow at Goodhope Baptist Church Cemetery.
