Obituary for Tonya Kay Joyce
Tonya Kay Joyce age 70 of Pine Hill, AL died January 8, 2019 at her home. She was born April 2, 1948 in Pine Hill, AL to Albert Pearson and Mable Irene Pearson McGilberry. She was a retired advertising manager with The Thomasville Times and was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Al Joyce (Robin); daughter, Melinda Joyce Westbrook (William); brother, Johnny Lee McGilberry; three sisters, Linda Sue Adcox, Albert Jean Graham, and Mae Lynn Baugh; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Pearson and Mable Irene Pearson McGilberry; two brothers, Don Autrey and Glenn McGilberry; and sister, Zina McGilberry.
Visitation will be held at Thomasville Baptist Church on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev. Ty Parten officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Pine Hill, AL.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to: The Thomasville Library for The Thomasville Sports Hall of Fame.
