Obituary for Dannie Avritt
Dannie Avritt age 81 of Pine Hill, AL died December 24, 2018 at Camden Nursing Facility. He was born August 17, 1937 in Yellow Bluff, AL to George Wesley “G.W.” and Nealie Jane Avritt. He was a former cattleman, self-employed building contractor, and railroad, railcar cleaning service man.
He is survived by: his three sons, Rex Alton Avritt, Kevin Leslie Avritt, and Phillip Darrin Avritt; two brothers, Abraham “Buddy” Avritt and Robert Eugene Avritt; six sisters, Lizzie Jane Goodman, Alice Faye Champion, Violet Jobe, Ruby Vinson, Mary Ellen Gandy, and Evelyn “Lucy” Reinhart; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Kelly Cemetery on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. Chris Kynard officiating.
