Robert David Campbell age 73 of Thomasville, AL died March 6, 2018 at his home. He was born April 6, 1944 in Moulton, AL to Franklin Thomas and Lillie Beulah Campbell. He was a retired sawyer with Linden Lumber Company and owner of Country Oaks Assisted Living. He was a member of Pineview Baptist Church in Thomasville, AL.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Daw Campbell of Thomasville, AL; seven sons, Robert (Terri) Campbell of Flomaton, AL; Roy Campbell of Thomasville, AL; Lynn (Janie) Fletcher of San Antonio, TX; Michael Fletcher of Millers Ferry, AL; Timmy Campbell of Thomasville, AL; Cole Campbell of Thomasville, AL; and Austin Campbell of Thomasville, AL; four daughters, Linda (Joey) Holden of Thomasville, AL; Rebecca (Roger) Campbell of Demopolis, AL; Amy (Willie) Armstead of Grove Hill, AL; and Destiney Campbell of Thomasville, AL; brother, Coy (Dianne) Campbell of Milino, FL; sister, Jean (Gary) Barrow of Byrneville, FL; twenty one grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren; his pet puppy, Kitty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Thomas and Lillie Beulah Campbell; and brother, Wendell Campbell.

Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Rev. Mitch Thrower officiating. Graveside services will be held at Flomaton Cemetery at 4:00 pm in Flomaton, AL.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pineview Baptist Church in memory of Robert David Campbell.
