Ronald George Cannon age 69 of Linden, AL died January 9, 2018 at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital. He was born March 30, 1948 in Linden, AL to Jimmie George and Mattie Lee Cannon. He was retired from Georgia Pacific Corporation and was a member of Linden Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sons, Donnie Cannon (Denice) and Andy Cannon; daughter, Sheila Glass (Charlie), brother, Kenneth Cannon (Jan); 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Wanda Cannon McClure

Visitation will be held at Linden Baptist Church on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time. Burial will follow at Linden Memorial Park.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Linden Baptist Church.
