Charles Alvin Harvell age 71 of Lamison, AL died December 10, 2017 at Mt. Royal Nursing Home in Homewood, AL. He was born October 26, 1946 in Lamison, AL to James Otis and Bonnie Merle Harvell, Sr.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Harvell White; two brothers, James O. Harvell, Jr. and Glen Donald Harvell; three sisters, Erma Jean Murphy, Melanie Sanders, and Bonnie Gibson; one grandchild, Brent Newton; and one great grandchild, Sophie Newton.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Kelly Cemetery Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Rev. John Gibson officiating.
