Harold Wayne Leonard age 69 of Vineland, AL., died August 4, 2017 at his home. He was born January 10, 1948 to Charlie G. and Fannie Pearl Leonard. He was retired from Century Link Telephone Company, where he had worked for forty five plus years. Harold Wayne was pianist for the Centurian Quartet for thirty years. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church where he served as pianist for over forty years, and he enjoyed his time with the Friendship Baptist Church Choir.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Champion Leonard of Vineland, AL; son, Wayne Leonard (Christina) of Vineland, AL; brother, Rex Leonard (Judy) of Vineland, AL; sister, Joann Bridges of Linden, AL; granddaughter, Rylie Leonard and grandson, Colby Leonard (Sydney) of Vineland, AL
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie G. Leonard and his mother, Fannie Pearl Leonard Crocker
Visitation will be held at Friendship Baptist Church on Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Friendship Baptist Church on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 11:00 am with Rev. John Averitt and Rev. David Walley officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
