Ann Thomas Schroeder age 82 a homemaker of Linden, AL died January 11, 2022 at Hospice of West Alabama. She was born October 8, 1939 in Rembert Hills, AL to William Gray and Elizabeth Robbins Thomas. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Jerry Schroeder; son, Steve Schroeder (Nancee); daughter, Susan Blount (Steve); son, Gary Schroeder (Millie); brother, William "Bubba" Thomas; two sisters, Sara Thomas Drinkard and Jane Beck; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Blount, Jordan Blount, Chase Schroeder, Chad Schroeder, Ryan Schroeder, Kyle Schroeder, and Kasie Young; eight great grandchildren, Ashtyn Blount, Colt Blount, Catherine Blount, Allie Claire Smitherman, Andie Young, Grayson Schroeder, Davis Schroeder, and Pete Schroeder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Gray Thomas and Elizabeth Robbins Thomas, and brother, Jack Thomas.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Linden Memorial Park on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 2:00 pm.Visitation will be held at the graveside from 1:30 pm until time of service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or your favorite charity.
