Daniel Barnes "Cotton" Vick, Jr. age 81 of Pine Hill, AL. died Friday, September 9, 2011 at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Sunny South Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Thomasville VFW.

He is survived by his wife, Elsie Ray Vick of Pine Hill, AL, three daughters, Wanda (Jody) Crosby of Pine Hill, AL; Dianne (R.T.) Romage of Vardaman, MS; Barbara (Morris) Hill of Pine Hill, AL; three brothers, Kenneth Vick of Pine Hill, AL; Godfrey Vick of Pine Hill, AL; Lester Vick of Bay Minette, AL.; three sisters, Nell McGee Smith of Mobile, AL.;June Sims of Pine Hill, AL; Dell Bradford of Scyrene, AL; four grandchildren, Daniel (Jenny) Romage, Amanda (Ben) Herrin, Marcus Crosby, and Cody Hill; three great grandchildren, Ava Hill, Brendan Hill, and Addie Herrin.

Vistation will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Sunny South Baptist Church Cemetery.
