Howard Jackson age 86 of Thomasville, AL died July 19, 2018 at Mobile Infirmary. He was born January 14, 1932 in Neshoba County, MS to Will Jefferson and Mae Evelyn Jackson. He was a retired educator from Thomasville City Schools and a member of Thomasville Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the US Army.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Busby Jackson; son, Billy and Laura Jackson; daughter, Tammy and Mike Bedsole; son, Donald and Angie Jackson, two brothers, O. D. Jackson and Windell Jackson; two sisters, Doris Boggan and Mary Nance; grandchildren, Lin Jackson, Dan and Olivia Jackson, Kay and Josh Pape, Ward Bedsole, Walt Bedsole, Emily Jackson, and Luke Jackson.

Memorial services will be held at Thomasville Baptist Church on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Ty Parten officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Thomasville Baptist Church or Thomasville Elementary School Library.
