He is survived by his mother, Frances Ann Burbage Baker of Summertown, TN; step father, Blair Baker of Summertown, TN; his partner, Ryan Patterson of Summertown, TN; five sisters, Lisa Gates (Todd) of Gallion, AL; Vickie Collins of Gallion, AL; Phyllis Coleman (Allen) of Linden, AL; Jennifer Lummes (George) of Meridian, MS; and Della Hawkins (Kelly) of Demopolis, AL; four brothers, T.J. Collins (Sara) of Gallion, AL; Eddie Burbage (Dana) of Linden, AL; Bo Burbage (Amy) of Prattville, AL; and Danny Baker (Michelle) of Lake Charles, LA

He was preceded in death by his father, James Elbert Burbage.

Visitation will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm service time. Burial will follow at Linden Memorial Park.
