Jesse Lee Etheredge, Jr. age 58 of Linden, AL died October 4, 2017 at DCH Regional Medical Center. He was born June 24, 1959 in Demopolis, AL to Jesse Lee and Eva Etheredge. He was a former lineman with Alabama Power and Pike Power and a member of Providence Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Taft of Linden, AL; daughter, Jessica Etheredge Wingate of Linden, AL; three step children, Brandy Taft of Demopolis, AL; Neal Taft of Demopolis, AL; and Julia Lyons of Boligee, AL; two sisters, Patsy Etheredge Cullum of Linden, AL; and Peggy Etheredge Averette of Linden, AL; one grandchild, Sophia Leigh Wingate; and four step grandchildren, Christian Todd, Billy Taft, Trinity Taft, and Cameron Robertson.

Visitation will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Dr. Billy Harris officiating. Burial will be in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion, AL.
