Condolence: Ms.G I am so sorry for your loss. But today she has been given that new body. You were my typing teacher in 10th grade I believe at THS. I married Ben Larrimore and I was pregnant the same time that you were. May God's sweet presence walk with you each day until you and Allison are together again

Condolence: Condolence from Larry and Ade,
The pain of losing a loved one can be overwhelming,
Our heavenly Father promises us that very soon He will 'swallow up death forever, and wipe the tears from all faces' Isaiah 25:8.
What a wonderful future hope that is.There is much Bible based comfort to be found

Condolence: About 6 months ago I was driving down Davison Ave in Muscle Shoals and I saw a woman in a wheelchair walking her dog. Just caught my attention and I thought that it was great that no matter what the dog had to be walked and here was this woman in a wheelchair.
Was having some work done there at the house and I was telling the man doing the work about a woman that I had just seen in a wheelchair over on Davison Ave walking a dog and how remarkable I thought that was. He actually knew of her and told me that her name was Allison Wetherbee and that she was born with no arms or legs. He said that she obtained a education and worked at Riverbend.. He told me a story about when state auditors or something had come to Riverbend and was going through paperwork and all= One of the auditors questioned the penmanship of this paper; So they let them meet the woman who wrote that and it was Allison Wetherbee. Not another word was said about the penmanship on that paperwork.
Never did get the pleasure of meeting Allison but I will never forget the image of seeing her in her chair and walking her dog. And the story the worker shared with me.. I bet she was a great person and she has really changed my outlook on things, and I never even met her; just seen her in her wheelchair walking her dog.

Condolence: I worked with Allison when we were both counselors at Riverbend in Russellville, AL. I lost contact with her when I left Riverbend. November, 2015, I ran into her at WalMart in Muscle Shoals. I asked her to speak at the Shoals Chapter of the Order of St. Luke in February of this year. We were all so impressed at her poise, her beauty, and her passion for the people being helped by ASCCA.
Hearing about her sudden demise was a bitter-sweet experience. Bitter because she is no longer with us, and sweet because she is now completely free of any limitations. She told us at OSL that she was a Christian, so we all know where she is.
My heart goes out to all her family, friends and caretaker. Though her life was brief, she impacted many, many people.
Prayers and Blessings.

We will have you in our prayers knowing that God knows best, though we might not understand at this time.
