Condolence: My deepest sympathy goes to you - Jacob's family. I only knew Jacob through email because of our jobs but he was so fun to work with. He was my go-to guy because I knew he'd get the job done. When the pressure was on, my nerves were a mess, and I felt like I was driving him crazy with questions - he was laughing.
