Samuel Jacob Hawk age 28 of Atlanta, GA died June 18, 2016 in Gulf Shores, AL. He was born July 28, 1987 in Mobile, AL. He was an accountant with the Arby's Corp. and a member of Thomasville Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Horshok of Gulf Shores, AL; father, Richard Horshok of Jackson, AL; sister, Catie Criswell of Spanish Fort, AL; brother, Nathan Hawk of Auburn, AL; his maternal grandmother, Johnnie Louise Gaddy of Thomasville, AL; paternal grandmother, Una Navada Horshok of Butler, AL; and the love of his life, Gerri Marie Wright of Spanish Fort, AL.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Jackson Gaddy, paternal grandfather, Wasil Basil Hoshok, and his brother in law, Robert Lance Criswell.

Visitation will be held at Thomasville Baptist Church on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 11:00 am until the 2:00 pm service time with Rev. Chette Williams officiating. Burial will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Thomasville, AL.
