Obituary for Leonard Garfield Oliver

Leonard Garfield Oliver age 81 of Sweet Water, AL died October 6, 2015 at Noland Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL. He was born July 17, 1934 in Half Acre, AL. He was a former industrial mechanic.

He is survived by his daughter, Janan Oliver Dye of Sylacauga, AL; five grandchildren, Brandi Owings Woodruff, Julie Owings Kimbrough, Jeremy Owings, Philip Dye, and Crystal Dye Barber, six great grandchildren, Gianna McGinnis, Chloe Woodruff, Ethan Woodruff, Kaleb Barber, Ashlee Barber, and Jacob Barber.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Patricia Ann Holcombe Oliver.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Half Acre Cemetery on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Nathan Pascal officiating.
