Condolence: Charles and I are deeply saddened at the loss of Mr. Carroll. He was a very special person. I was so happy to see him at Physical Therapy every week. He will be missed.... but his legacy lives on through his wonderful family. Thomasville has suffered a tremendous loss over the past few years with so many passing away.
