Katherine Crim Reed age 91 of Lowndesboro, AL died October 8, 2014 her home. She was born August 24, 1923 in Alabama. She was a homemaker and had retired from working in the silver department at Gayfers

She is survived by two sons, Ronald C. Reed of Lowndesboro, AL; and Ben (Kathy) Reed of Lowndesboro, AL; four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, T. B Reed.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Arbor Cemetery in Vineland, AL on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Joel Wasson officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fairview United Methodist Church, Children's Ministry, 5500 Old Selma Road, Montgomery, AL 36108.
