Deryke Hayne Slade age 50 a log truck driver of Thomasville, AL., died July 21, 2014 at his home. He was born July 13, 1964 in Grove Hill, AL. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lynne Slade of Thomasville, AL; three daughters, Kristen Lynne Slade, Jennifer Faye Slade, and Hannah Leigh Slade of Thomasville, AL; his parents, Ernest and Faye Slade of Thomasville, AL; two sisters, Dana Jackson and Desney Smith of Thomasville, AL.

Visitation will be held at Liberty Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 4:00 pm until the 5:00 pm service time with Rev. Bill Faircloth and Rev. Larry Darden officiating. Burial will be at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville, AL.
