Shelby Jean Geck Ellington age 69 of Coy, AL., died July 21, 2014 at Camden Nursing Facility. She was born September 28, 1944 in Coy, AL. She was a retired licensed practical nurse and a member of Cottage Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Eugene Ellington of Coy, AL: son, Dan Ellington of McCalla, AL; two daughters, Ginger Nicolucci of Auburn, AL; Tracy Ezelle of McCalla, AL; brother, Richard Geck of Chattanooga, TN; aunt, Eloise Pharr Zurga of Coy, AL; eight grandchildren, Dan Windle, Trey Ezelle, Amanda Ellington, Caitlyn Windle, Noah Windle, Kristen Ezelle, Sara Ellington, Emily Ellington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard L. Geck and Clara Pharr Geck.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Reeves Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery in Coy, AL. on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 10:00 am.
